South Wales based artist and designer specialising in pet portraiture.
Beautiful and original art commissions.
Hi, I’m Siân, a self confessed, pet obsessed Welsh artist and designer. Painting is my passion, and nature and animals are my love. I’m happiest when I’m at my easel in my little studio in South Wales with Sid, the cocker spaniel at my side.
Over the past few years, I have been developing my style as a painter. Experimenting with different mediums; working in acrylic, watercolour and oils, to best capture each of my subjects and have been lucky enough to have drawn in artwork commissions from across the UK.
Creating each new artwork is exciting, and seeing someone’s pet come to life on canvas, and capturing the essence and personality of each animal is lovely. I know how much we all adore our animals and to capture them on canvas is really special.
I’m always on the lookout for new opportunities; so if you’re interested in a commission, collaboration, or just a chat, please get in touch. I have a carousel of some of my previous work above, and my contact details and list of FAQs are just below.
Let’s paint!
As each commission piece is unique to you, I am able to offer any size or medium. I’m always available to chat through any ideas and provide quotes for your artwork. Contact me below for all enquiries, or sign-up to my newsletter for updates and offers.
FAQs

In the first instance, you can drop me a message with a copy of the image you'd like me to work from and a rough outline of what you are looking for. I'll then get in touch and we can talk through all the options, including pricing and deadlines and delivery. I offer no obligation quotes and payment options to suit every budget.
-
It really just depends what look and feel you are hoping for in your finished piece. We will talk through the process together and decide which is best for you.
-
As every painting is bespoke and produced to order, I don't have a list of set prices as such. I'm always really happy to talk through pricing and options, which will be slightly different for everyone depending on size, chosen art medium and subject.
All quotes are free, and sent with no obligation to purchase. I also have interest free payment options to help spread the cost - I want to make my paintings accessible for everyone.
-
Absolutely! I'll always do my best to fulfil any order which has a special date attached to it.
The run up to the Christmas period can get busy and I'd suggest giving as much notice as possible if you intend to place an order as a present - especially if you'd like your painting in oils - they'll need sufficient time to dry and be varnished.
-
I get asked this often, and the honest answer is that it's almost impossible to say. Again, this depends on size, style and subject - there are so many variables!
-
When your artwork is delivered, chose a hanging space carefully, away from strong light sources as the paint can fade and crack in direct sunlight. Also, it is best to mount and frame your artwork to make sure it's kept away from sticky fingers and dust. I'm happy to arrange framing if needed at a small additional cost.

I am looking at doing a number of small, limited edition prints in the future.
